Our story
Wyn Home Services was founded by two local West Michigan residents in their 20s who saw a gap in the market: quality window cleaning done right, at a price that makes sense. With over half a decade of experience in the industry, we’ve seen firsthand how rushed jobs, inconsistent service, and lack of care leave customers frustrated and windows less than perfect.
We built this company on the idea that affordable should never mean average. We’re dedicated, hands-on, and take pride in doing things the right way — from showing up on time to leaving every window crystal clear. Whether it’s your home, business, or new construction site, we’re here to deliver a professional clean that speaks for itself.

FAQs
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We recommend that our customers get their windows cleaned twice a year. Usually you’d get them cleaned in the spring and fall time which allows us to check the gutters as well. At a minimum you should get them cleaned once a year to maintain the clarity of your windows.
How much does window cleaning cost?
Pricing depends on the number of windows, type of glass, accessibility, and whether it's your first time. First-time deep cleans are more thorough and are priced accordingly — usually around double the standard rate to ensure a perfect foundation for future maintenance.
What if I’m not satisfied with the results
We stand behind our work. If something’s not right, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll make it right — no hassle, no extra cost.
Will weather affect my cleaning?
Depending on the conditions you may want to consider rescheduling to a different date. If it’s raining we will still attempt unless asked not to. If anything looks bad after the storm give us a call and we’ll come back to insure a quality clean.
Are you insured?
Yes — Wyn Home Services is fully insured for both residential and commercial work. We carry liability insurance to protect your property and our crew.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. For exterior work or quotes, you don’t have to be home. For interior cleanings, we’ll coordinate a time that works for you — and we always treat your space with care and respect.
